Saturdays on South

Every Saturday morning for a year, rain or shine, heat or snow, we, volunteers with Coalition for Wetlands and Forests, went out to the corner of South Ave and Amador Street SI, to hand out flyers and inform people of the destruction of the freshwater, forested wetland. We also collected donations from those who stopped at the red light. This is a high-speed road with fast traffic lights. We had to talk fast. We called it Saturdays on South: 2017-2018
