Charlie is a Co-founder of The Environment TV (ETV), which began on January, 2013 and can be seen on Manhattan Neighborhood Network Bi-weekly from 11AM to Noon. ETV has a web site and YouTube channel and other media platforms and as such has been assisting many grassroot environmental groups document their issues and actions for free.
